And how accurate was the portrayal of Jesus and the people at the time and in that area, in the film Jesus of Nazareth?

The book clubs, like Doubleday, where you get 6 for 20 cents a piece then commit to buying 4 books in 2 years? I have heard the books are different quality than those at the store, not sure if that is true though. If you are a member can you tell if you like it or would never do it again? I'd appreciate any feedback about these clubs.

At the end of the American War of Independence, I know that Britain provisionally recognised the independence of the USA as part of the Preliminary Articles of Peace which were signed 30 November 1782 and ratified by congress 15 April 1783. I do not know if this formed part of the final Peace Treaty of Versailles, or whether it was a separate agreement. Were the Preliminary Articles, a preliminary part of the Treaty of Versailles, or were they entirely separate, coming before the main treaty? Also, did the main Peace Treaty of Versailles serve to finalise the Preliminary Articles, thus meaning that American Independence would be dated from the date of those Preliminary Articles: 30 November 1782?

What can I do to help myself?

I am a very sensitive person and everything gets to me when I am stressed. To the point when I have many breakdowns, crying I was seeing a college psychologist 3 weeks ago, and her timing was wrong. We went to the sensitive subjects and I couldn't take it. I stopped seeing her and had a lot of anger. Now, I have some anger left in me, but I have completely changed. I'm pretty cold, bitchy towards my friends, don't care about failing, things no longer bother me. In the past I was extremely dedicated to my education, friends, family. Now, I don't give a shitt about anything. I just don't care, but I don't want to continue this way either. I don't have the time and the patience to see a psychologist. Some of them suuck anyway.

I am also very forgetful, don't give a hoot about my passion anymore, just enjoy socializing.

Do you think it is fair to have a child?

I wonder if having a child isn't simply an egotistical act. Pure narcissism. What benefit is there in life?

By giving them life we inflict social and genetic failings on them, what Grace is there in that? Am I being purely pessimistic here?

Maybe if, in the days before contraception, monks and nuns were encouraged to practise celibacy, not because sex is bad but more because the act of bringing children into the world was and is an act of the highest selfishness and cruelty.
