HOI Experts:
My mom's HOI claim was denied. A shelf in her china cabinet fell. The china on the shelf, & china below the shelf, was destroyed. Adjuster said something was supposed to hit the roof of her house first,then fall through the roof onto the cabinet and cause the shelf to disengage & cause broken china.
The agent might have felt some "sympathy" for her loss and advised her to reword an appeal. This is what she sent to my sister, who asked me to work on rewording:

Her insurance claim on the china cabinet losses was declined. At any rate, the guy who came to her house gave her a couple of language tips to help her get coverage: "personal articles floaters all risk covers for collectibles" Mom asked me to put a sentence together using those words and having it make sense. I told her before I could do that I should look at her policy and the letter they sent. I looked them over and I couldn't find anything that worked." Does anybody have any wording suggestions?

Ok , i asked wat kind of totes i should use, and ppl kept saying ones from abercrombie, hollister, etc. but i'm going into 10th grade, those are way too small, and unsturdy for textbooks, binders, etc, those are like good beach bags...so what tote bags should i use that will last a long time, sturdy, and big???????

Ok so I bout a linksys wired router, the first day i got it i connected my modem to it and it was working pefectly. Two days later it just stoped working. I have tryed for hours trying to get it to work by connecting the modem enthernet connection to the router`s internet port but no connection. I am pretty shure i have an internet connection because when i connect my modem to my PC directly using an enthernet cable i have internet but after i connect it to my router i have no connection. Can anyone plz help me????


P.S MY ISP (internet service provider) is att yahoo

But before you answer: Is prostitution a moral or societial issue? Disallowing prostitution could cut down on STD's and cut funding to other socially harmful activities.

Think of other "moral issues" and decide if governemnt should keep their hands off.

Me & two of my girl friends have planned to go to Birmingham for a night out this weekend. Weve planned to go to 'The Works' night club, which is in Broad street i think, correct me if i'm wrong. I was really excited about going, but have now been advised against the idea by another friend & some members of my family. They told me that Birmingham is quite a dangerous place to go, lots of stabbings & high crime rate. I know some parts of Birmingham are rougher than others, but is this the case for the area & club that we are going to? Would be really greatfull for some advice, as i can't decide wether to go or not. Would be good to hear from people that actualy live in Birmingham & know the area well. We are all from North Devon by the way, so are not city people ourselves :-)

...you can still ask Jesus to forgive you and let you into Heaven. That is what I was told when I went to church. None of it is a lie, and this is a serious question I'm about to ask.

Logically, if you were told this, you would believe that there is no point to worship him until after your death. Then you would realize that can't be right, and that it had to be a lie. Finally realizing that this is ultimately wishful thinking on the part of that particular church, you would probably decide that it's possible other churches spread rumors of false hope as well.

My question is simple. How many false rumors like this have you encountered, and what are they?

To atheists, did you become atheist for similar reasons?

He is turning 4, and he really wants fish. He has always loved them. I just don't think that I want the responsibility. How difficult/expensive is it to maintain fish.? He likes clownfish (Nemo) the best, but he likes other types too. He likes Bettas, and I think I could handle one of those, but my son would lose interest with just one fish? What is it like to have just a Betta? Does anyone have any information about setting up a 10 gallon or so aquarium? (cost, tips...) Around what age can kids start helping to take care of fish? Thanks.
