If you want to work for disney... you have to be perfect. No acceptions, perfect. Im sure its fun, but its very hard to get into. Good luck.

This is my personal opinion: They want you to look like you could look you could live anywhere in the US and be the perfect idea of a kid there. Even the antagonist in a show will look pretty middle America if you know what I mean. Still clean cut, put together, and easy to reform :-) Disney is about goodness, hope, keeping things family friendly and fairly light.

my friend did for a commercial and she said it was fun.....
although the made her dress and act like she was about 5 years younger than she was.
