I tried this question under the "Sculpture" category. I hope I have better luck this time.
I'm fascinated by this statue and I can't believe it's not more famous. It's so big and dramatic.
I can't find out anywhere on the Internet how it was erected and how the sword was elevated to such a height.

Something similar to starfall.com in Russian. Does it exist? I would like for my 4-year old to learn that language. I can speak to him in it, but would like a computer-related aid, since he really likes computers and games. He currently speaks and understands only English (and he loves the starfall.com site).
