I am thinking of planning a cruise next summer and looking at Norwegian. Could you give me opinions- good and bad? Also, is it a family friendly line? I have an 8 year old son.

For example, a room is $9000 based on double occupancy. Is that $9000 for one person or $4500for one person? Thank you!

I would love to go on one of their intineries but don't like the formality. Other than ocean village and island cruises, do you know any other cruise line where you are not required to dress formally

It was a rap song on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas. It also had a dance to it, you took four steps to the left and four steps to the right.....not the cha cha slide or the electric slide.

They did it outside a couple of times and in the Viking Lounge the DJ's name was DJ Savio

Heard a lot of mixed reviews on this boat. This is the only week we can go. I am 23 and my bf of 3 yrs. is 24. We like to go out and have a good time, but do not want too much of the college party scence. We found this trip because it was so close to CT and not much goes out of SC. The drive won't be too far compared to other cruises out of Miami. Has anyone had experience on this boat. This is our first cruise, and I am afraid that this boat is very old and boring. We want to relax and have a good time.

We are looking at what to do in Freeport when we go on our cruise.
We were thinking about a kayak trip to Peterson Cay. Is this worth the money (about $80 per person)?
How is the shopping there? Is it easy to get to (walking distance) or do you have to take a cab?
WE will be there from 10-6 will we have time to do both the Peterson Cay and a little shopping?
Peterson Cay is 5.5 hours

Thanks for your help!

My father likes to travel but has no close companions or friends that he could travel with. He recently went on a Carnival Cruise to the Caribbean and said it was ok but he said it was really geared towards younger families. It was all about the nightclubs and the pool on the cruise and he was interested in neither really. Is there a cruise out there, maybe to Europe or even Alaska, where he'd feel more comfortable and meet more people closer to his age? We can't afford to go with him right now and we have a young baby at home, or else we'd join him.

My family and I are planning to go on a cruise next year. This will be our first cruising experience, and we want to be memorable. I would love to hear recommendations and experiences in any of the cruises I will mention. We plan to depart from San Juan and personally, I would like on a cruise that also visits Aruba and Curazao.

These are the ships we are considering:

Adventure of the Seas
Grandeur of the Seas
Crown Princess
Carnival Destiny
Galaxy
