Do I have to be born with a good arm to make it to pro football? Playing pro is my dream, but I'm not that good. But I am getting better. Is it possible for me to make it?

I say he should be suspended without pay for 2 seaons atleast with community service and a jail sentense for however long Dog fighting ring leader get lol....
