I'm in a similar situation. I'm not great. I'm pretty good. Anyway, yeah it's possible. Doug Flutie was small, didn't have a great arm, but he's going to the College Football Hall of Fame. If you have the heart and keep working, yeah, you could.

Become a student of the game. There have been several pro quarterbacks who were not really all that good. Smarts can get you on the field. Making good decisions beats a rocket arm every time.
You may want to try a different position. Someone smart enough to play quarterback, would also make a good d-back.
I like the fact that you know your limitations. Keep dreaming. Anything is possible until you give up on it.

Only you can stop the dream.
You may also be good at some other position. Are you sure you want to be a pro QB? Gut check yourself. If you need to be bigger or stronger to identify with a college program and get pro attention, then make it happen.
I am still an excellent punter, and had a chance to go to New Mexico on scholarship or walk on at my favorite Wyoming as a kid, but my goals were not as clear so I finished a 20-year Navy career.

Hard work on and off the field. If you're not better than the other guy you have to be smarter. You have to be better prepared. You have to be in better shape. It happens from time to time when a player with not much talent turns out to be an NFL player. It's because they worked harder than the others.Talent alone does not make someone a better player.Good Luck, you can accomplish that dream.Don't give up on it.

Chad Pennington doesn't have a great arm, but he's accurate with those rainbows he throws.
He seems like he's a good leader and pretty tough.
I would say "leadership" is probably the most important quality in a QB, but a strong arm is important.

It depends on which position. Only the QB needs an arm. If you want to be a QB, keep practicing. Get a tire and hang it from a tree and throw at the loop.

Look at Brett Favre. Look at Peyton Manning.
If you can compare yourself to them, start calling teams. If not, sorry bro, ain't happening.
