im sri lankan and australia has something that belongs to us and we want it back....and thats the cricket world cup and if it means that we have to beat australia in the world cup final then so be it....we want a piece of the aussies....if it means knocking out the superpowers of world cricket...then thats wat we will do...the sri lankan juggernaut rolls on for a head on collision with the mighty australians for the biggest price in world cricket...bring em' all...bring australia bring south africa...bring it on...nothing will stop us....the irresistable force WILL meet the immovable object in the world cup final come hell or high water...it was sad to see india go out of the world cup but our juggernaut rolls onto the finishline...

India lost the first damn round of the world cup. Just get over it! Don't go burning players houses, unless you think that you could've done any better! Suck it up and stop worrying so much about all the money the Indian cricket board has. Forget about politics and don't act like India's on top of the world because they win ONE match or ONE series. Concentrate on the future and stop fixating on the past!

I thought the injury to Graeme Smith was the turning point in today's game. Had he been fit and continued on for many more overs, SA would have had a good chance of victory. But I also have to say that Gibbs and Kallis played like crap - they are very experienced players, but they should be knowing the basic thing about one-day cricket is that when you're chasing, you have to keep the momentum sustained & you cannot afford to relax at any point. But they still decided to slow down a little bit - which turned out to be a costly mistake.

The reason is as ordinary citizen you only can express your concern this way so that the corporates can hear you and stop paying big bucks to the players who then can concentrate more on game than modeling
