Say good bye to the "Masters" and bring in the new blood. Sack all the selectors and management and appoint a former test cricketer as BCCI chief and refrain from the "bane" of "badeshi" coaches.

First of all, the players and team management have to be accountable for the loss. I mean they played the same team against Sri Lanka that lost against Bangladesh. They should have at least played Sreesanth, Karthik, or Pathan. Who knows, their young stamina might have made a big difference on the field. The Indian team is scared of change, I mean we still have to depend on the players that are 30+. It's time they pass on the torch to younger players who have the stamina and the passion for cricket.

Also the BCCI should have a contractual agreement with the players that say the players cannot endorse any products besides the cricket board. It is only in the BCCI where I see players come into ads, otherwise in other leagues (like NHL, NBA, MLB) there are probably only a couple of commercials players appear on.

In other sports, NO ONE is a superstar. Even they sometimes bench their best players to make sure the team wins. In India, Tendulkar is always in the team no matter if he performs or not. Is that how we want our team to be?

The board should also be reasonable with the salaries. Half of the team are already millionaires. They have to make sure the players are at least trying to earn money by performing well.

The keyword is CHANGE!! Change of players, Change of management, Change of Board, Change of contracts!

No more past performance. Only the inform and injury-free players should be playing the tournaments/series. Grooming of players in the mould of Kapil Dev who played for the game rather than personal records. Saved umpteen number of matches for the Indian team. We don't have any one at number six who can save the matches from going away.

We in India love cricket more than anything else.
Our defeat at the World Cup was devastating for us.
But this is not the end - we will be back

Caiptain and coach must be changed. Oldies should resign to maintain their image otherwise people would be running to kick their asses thousands times. Young players should be given a chance. And the youth should be encouraged by making 1 of them a wise-caiptain.

First thing to be done is to change chapell and put someone else........who is good enough.

Sachin, Sehwag, Dhoni......shall be out of the team

fresh players must be brought in and must be given enough training.............only yuvaraj fields best in indian crickety now................but more players need to come up

when kumble moves out of the one days....we dont have another leg spinner to come in his place...........

all this has to be taken care of...................
and we can expect a better team in 2011
