Why is so much attention being focussed on obesity causing overloading NHS resources when smokers, alcoholics and drug addicts have consistently contributed to budget deficits since treatment was first offerered to them (many years before it was offered to overweight people). At least an obese person who has had stomach stapling cannot seriously abuse the procedure they have had whereas smokers and alcoholics for example can continue to smoke and drink after transplants and druggies can relapse straight away after rehab as many do!

The Government is scared to imprison these people, i guarantee the popularity is shocking, there is not enough room, sounds crazy, i lie not... its amazing that only less than ten westerners have been arested for paedophile sex in poor asian countries like vietnam... in ten years. Nasty, never seen a west indian paedo, african......??? who can tell... thank god you white guys got your own thing.
