Valentine's Day

i keep reading how people hate valentines day... yet it seams most of them are NOT in a relationship... i wanted to know if there is anyone who IS in a relationship that doesnt like V-Day?

My husband works third shift and he gets home about 7:30 am. I have a kinda special morning planned for him . I have decorated our bedroom a little and I have also spelled out I LOVE YOU with the o's in shape of hearts on My dresser with the little candy conversation hearts. I am also planning to have candles lit and be in bed..in the same lingere I wore on our wedding night (this is our first valentines together..Can any one give me anymore ideas ( I thought about making a cd to play but what are some songs..Please help

I am 30 years old and have been single for the last 5 years. I look at couples on this day and wonder why I am not in love with someone like that. Sometimes I want to just slap the couples that are showing affection with each other. But knowing that it is not there fault either. The stars are just working better for them then me this year. So i was wonder what some of you other single and alone folks plan on doing today. Maybe someone can give me ideas on how to stay out of the dumps today. Thanks for giving me you answers.

my bf and mi had been together for 5 year but he oni celebrated it with mi in a high class resturant for the first year and the rest is at hawker centres..he thinks it's a waste of $$..
