And I have no idea what to get her. In the past, i've given her crappy gifts at the time I thought she'd like. Apparently, I was wrong every time. I do not have a sense of picking out a present, especially for my sister.

I only have 20-25$ to spend on the present. I have no problem with making home made gifts, so feel free to suggest something like that as well.

Girls, I drastically need my help. She's turning 17 and I want something that'll actually matter to her or she'll at least use. I don't want to give her another crappy present, so please, help me. :\

I am turning 15 and want to have an amazing party that my friends will completely enjoy and that i will too. This year I AM on a BUDGET. I would be inviting 15 people, ALL GIRLS. My house size is pretty normal. But I am NOT sure what to do for a party. This is a huge deal since I'm turning 15. I really need some fun ideas and thoughts as to what i should do for a party. I am a september 9 baby which puts me as virgo. I like my bithday is my specail holiday to spend time with friend and family. the joy or parties,presents,and all the fun you can have in a days time with out paying a dime for it. I have had 22birthdays and each one is difrent from the one before.
