And I have no idea what to get her. In the past, i've given her crappy gifts at the time I thought she'd like. Apparently, I was wrong every time. I do not have a sense of picking out a present, especially for my sister.

I only have 20-25$ to spend on the present. I have no problem with making home made gifts, so feel free to suggest something like that as well.

Girls, I drastically need my help. She's turning 17 and I want something that'll actually matter to her or she'll at least use. I don't want to give her another crappy present, so please, help me. :\

Thanks.

Make her a beaded necklace. You can get help to do this at a bead store. You can do it for the amount of money you have (or just about any other amount too).

Okay..you will need ten pennies. Take a sheet of paper and tape 5 pennies to the top of the paper, and the other five at the bottom of the page. In the middle of the page, number it from one to ten. At the top, right down... Dear sister, each of these pennines represent something that I love about you. After each number, write down one thing you love about your sister... they could be nice things she's done for you, one could be the sound of her laughter and one could even be - the fact that you get to be her brother. Believe me, she'll keep it forever and maybe give you one next year.
