For a project I have to come up with a consumer product that has negative consequences (For example, a skateboard with rockets lol) but you're trying to sell it anyway.

For some reason I'm finding it hard to brainstorm teenager-appealing products of today..
Preferably, it would be teenager products that appeal to like ALL types of teens/cliques (athletic kids, arts-y kids, boys, girls, etc lol) and please don't name the ipod lol

The way I understand it is that at a very young age the female is castrated and only a little whole is left for the release of urine and mentrual fluids. Wouldn't this cause uncleanliness, infection, and pain? How can the woman have sex when she is married if the hole is that small? Is there a precedure to open the hole so it doesn't rip and cause her even more damage?
