im a 20 yo guy that has had a crush on my mate but ive started to fall for him, the reason for this is we always joke around (act gay n stuff) but i treat it as a joke and he has been taking it the such a point where he looks gayer than i do eg publically touching me &hugs ect the other day he even asked me if i wanted to give him head and sleep with him witch he has done on many occasions...i didn't even have to think about for one second but he doesnt know that im bi , i told him i would but havnt done anything as i dont know if he is joking or not. i dont know what the hell to do about him. please help me someone. how can i tell if he is serious?

I think he is taking our friendship too seriosuly and is expecting a lot from me as his friend and become irrational. It is affecting our work, he has the power to fire me and is going to fire me if i don't act like i am his best friend. What can i do?! (i also have the hunch he may like me as more than a friend)
