You only pass gas when people are around you and more often when you sit in class. The gas are unintentional without warning smelly embarrasing. You never pass gas when you are alone by yourself. You tried all kinds of diets and they don't work.

Suggestions?

I'm sick of it. Some people would tell me something and then say sorry if that's not what you want to hear or what you want to hear. Or say what do you want ot hear or not to hear. I mean I'm not like that! Even if I'm the only one in this world that only hears everything people say, and don't filter out anything. I don't sit around thinking "this is what I want to hear or don't want to hear" I take things exactly what I hear and see and read. Make sense? I don't filter out unpleasant stuff people say. I take it as it is.

...becuase of the way it makes you feel! You've never done anything in your life for any other reason!

The meaning of life is to get as many positive emotions from life as you can (happiness, respect, love, peace with the world, challenge, diversity) whilst minimizing the negative ones (pain, guilt, regret, hurt, loss, frustration).

Some people will say something like "people who work in a warehouse, don't do it becuase of the way it makes them feel!" But they do! - it represents their best opportunity of minmizing bad emotions (having no money, no job, no banter, unable to provide for themselves/family etc) and giving them happy ones (having a paycheque at the end of the week, work colleagues, respect, challenege etc). Otherwise why would they do it?

Do you agree?

"In July, India's Medical Association began investigating three doctors who appeared on television to promote their amputation services, specifically to beggars, whose income prospects grew with the more sympathy they engender. One doctor said he would remove a leg below the knee, leaving it fairly easy to fit a prosthetic, for the equivalent of about $200."

I have some problems with the veracity and believability of this so-called news story. Does not seem to me that beggars have much access to television.

Can any of our friends in India confirm or deny this?

It seems that our world is facing a lot of problems which most of them are caused by humans, and eventually they are the ones who are being affected badly! What do you think can be done to save our world??? Do you think if we can even live happily for the next hundreds or thousands of years with so much problems you see on the newspapers???

There's a debate among some of our neighbors about whether children (say, between 4-8 years old) should be playing with toy machine guns, combat knives, handguns, plastic scimitars, and other stuff they feel perpetrate violent behavior or dehumanization of life. What are your thoughts on these kinds of toys and play?
