Dr and nurse usually do some good in our world.
Scientists, judges etc can do good, but not intrinsically, it all depends HOW you do it.
Bring your good Indian ethics (dharma) and make the best you that you can be in any of these roles and you'll be fine. Except perhaps army and prostitute, one is about killing and the other about sex, difficult to be of real worth in either of those roles.

Its DOCTORS for me.
As they say after god, doctors are the saviours of ur life. When someone really gets cured from chronic pains / diseases you actually tend to say "thank God" & automatically you think of your Doctor who cured you. You actually bless him from the heart & respect him.That respect is more than anything in the world for a doctor.

I respect almost any field that is legal. If you chose to be a cashier for the rest of your life, I would respect it because you are a "positive" in society.
