Does any one know how many different ways you can colour each side of a Tetrahedron, using the same 4 colours each time.

This is quite hard to explain, and if anyone else can put it in a simpler sentence, please do! Also, any websites on this subject would be helpful.

Sorry to be vague but here's my question: What is the name of the principle illustrated in this paraphrased ancient Greek analogy? Two people are running one runs 2 times faster than the other. If the slower party gets a head start of 10 meters, the distance is cut in half when he reaches 15.

For fear of slaughtering it further, the jist is that the faster party can never catch up because the distance between them is always cut in half. What is the name of this principle and how it is overcome?

I need help with a math problem that has to do with Special Parts of Triangles & Congruent Triangles in Geometry.

DE=x+6
BC=7x-6
BC=____

I know BC=19.2 I just don't know how they got that and how to work out the problem!
