it is 1023456. [smallest positive]
It has to be a 7 digit number, so the first digit has to be 1 (putting a zero will not make it a 7 digit number).
the next has to be the smallest number excluding one from the numbers 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. That would be 0.
The next would have to be the smallest number from the set
{ 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9} that would have to be 2. and so on.
smallest negative number is
-9876542. So i guess the smallest would be -987,6542

The highest powers must use the smallest digits to get the smallest number, but you can't start with 0 (that is equal to a six digit number).

So I'd say 1023456

1023456 seeing as a zero at the start makes the number a six digit number (zero is not a place holder at the beginning)

I think we can ignore decimal points as the question refers to an even number i.e. divisible by two with no remainder.

I vote 1023456 as well.

1,023,456 would be the smallest positive number fitting your conditions, assuming that we're using base 10 of course.

Or, if by "least" you mean the farthest to the left on the number line, it would be the largest negative number fitting your conditions, or -9,876,542.

Note that 0 in the left has no meaning.
