France is 80% French and 20% non-French. The French have 1.3 babies per couple, and in order to sustain the population it must be 2.1. The non-French have 2.8 babies per couple and to sustain the population it must be 2.1, how do I calculate what percent French France will be in the year 2150?

Can someone please tell me how to graph a rational function in terms I can understand? I sort of understand how to graph the x and y asymtotes, but beyond that im kind of lost... You can use the problem f(x)=x^2/x+5 as your example.

The Equations i Figured out for the conversion of Fahrenheit (F) to degrees Celsius (C ) Vise Versa.
F = 9/5C + 32
C = 5/9(F – 32)

I know how to make the graph by hand (so dont waste your time explaining it to me because i already know!) but i know there is a way to do it on the internet or on Excel. I would really like to figure it out soon because frankly i think it would look neater on a printed out graph then one that i drew...

1. What is the equation of a line through points (5,-6) and (6,7)?

2. What is the equation of a line that passes through points (-3, -7) and (-4, 3)?

3. What is the equation of a line parrallel to this ^ one ( Question 2)that goes through (1,2)?
