inside every popcorn kernal is a small amount oof water when you move the popcorn the water inside is heated untill it becomes steam is explain how the popping of the kernal is the oppisite of what i just ask like 10 min ago

With Countries pumping Oil from the Earth will the Countries themselves not collapse and fill with OceanWater? If this happens, the landscape of the earth will change drastically.
Along with this change would be the possiblilty that the Earths Weight Distribution would be compromised possibly shifting the Equator as it moves the earth.. Is this scenerio possible? If so, what can we do about it?
