With Countries pumping Oil from the Earth will the Countries themselves not collapse and fill with OceanWater? If this happens, the landscape of the earth will change drastically.
Along with this change would be the possiblilty that the Earths Weight Distribution would be compromised possibly shifting the Equator as it moves the earth.. Is this scenerio possible? If so, what can we do about it?

Not possible, I'm afraid. Oil and gas are stored in porous rock which reaches the surface under its own pressure mostly. There are no 'big spaces' left behind.
If you talk about coal, on the other hand......

No, it won't happen. Oil exists in the pore spaces of competant bedrock. When the oil is removed, the pore space is still there, and so is the competant bedrock. Oil is not supporting the earth's framework (just mankind's).

Usually, when they pump oil out of these porous rocks, they pump sea water back into them to take the place of the oil.
