Ex:
Br2(l) + SO2(g)--->Br^-(aq)+SO4^2-(aq)
You end up adding H2O to the Br2 side
and H+ to the So4^2 side

BUT....
I2(aq)+S2O3^2^-(aq)---->I^-(aq)+S3O6^2-(aq)
You dont.
Why dont you add it to this one too???
Im so confused!!!
Please help. thanks:)

Here is the balanced equation:
NaHCO3 + HCl = NaCl + H2O + CO2
I started with 0.36 g of NaHCO3, and 5 mL of HCl. My product was 0.25 g of NaCl. The mole ratio of NaHCO3 to NaCl is 1:1. How do I calculate the Theoretical Yield of NaCl?

(I m asking this question again...hope to get some more answers..i got only two before...Please use your imagination and your logic)

We could expect some abilities by studying the periodic table but do you think that sooner or later we are going to build a material with strange powers??

For EXAMPLE: some UFO conspiracy theory says that UFO's fuel is a material we don't yet have (with atomic number 126-i dont remember exactly the number or the name... i think the name of that material is uuvulmasomethin...i believe you get the point you'll know better ).

I want to say: HOW "EXOTIC" DO YOU BELIEVE THESE MATERIALS WHICH WE CANNOT BUILD YET COULD BE??? WHERE IT WOULD BE USED???

p.s. i know about the magic number of the electrons and the protons and why we cant build "stable" atoms of these materials yet. please answer to the question in capitals

thank you in advance!!
