#1 ==> KOSO2NH2 potassium sulfamate
#2 ==> K3(N(SO3)3) potassium nitrilosulfamate

The easiest way to tell the difference between these compound would be to run an infrared spectrum. In compound #1 you would expect to see a distinctive S(=O)-N amide stretch between 1600-1700 cm-1 and a broad NH2 stretch between 3000 to 3500 cm-1.

The nitrilo sulfonate will have neither of these bands.
