Does anyone know an equation for the 'spin relaxation rate' for an NMR active nucleus?

I am trying to write a piece about the effect of paramagnetism on NMR spectra. I know the relevant equation exists, but cannot find it in any of my text books. If you have encountered such an equation, can you please also tell me what was your reference source?
