I am wondering wether or not to make one.

I know there is a way to make one using Drano and foil, but I don't want anything to go wrong. There is another way using H2O2 and Magnesium Oxide but I don't have those materials.

I am going to use the balloon method if that helps you answer.

I can find the names of the chemicals on the web, but where can they be purchased? I need to be able to make about 1/2 gallon of fluid at a time and cutting open enough glowsticks is such a pain.

I'm a sophomore in college and I'm a chem major. I plan on going to pharmacy school afterwards. i know pharm schools are hard to get into, but i've heard that having an undergrad degree really helps, esp. if it's in chemistry, i imagine. and if that doesn't work out, what else can you do with a degree in chemistry? i know there's other stuff, i'm just hoping to hear stuff that's new. thanks!
