I'll give you 1 of your 100. It regulates our bodies temperature through evaporative cooling. This is why we sweat when it's hot. The high latent heat of vaporization of water helps cool us down.

our body is 70 percent water without it our blood would thicken and we would die. water also is how our body cools its self sweat. not to mention be need to flush out all the impurities we take in in the course of a day.
