I answer questions on the mental health category...and I hesitate to suggest that their voices might be spirits (but sometimes I do) Just don't want to lead anyone astray. I always tell them to go to their family dr. too about it. You know psychiatrist don't believe about spirits. How would you advise them?

Look at my Y! question from yesterday "Will the newly formed Northwest Passage cause new "cold" war? Then go to Y! news videos and watch Fox news video, Arctic Conflict dated 1hr 14min ago as of 2:30 PM here. I got chills as I watched, eerie... I swear, by the Constitution, I never saw this video before today.

Hi,

Which part of our body function for ESP?

Please don't say our brain because brain by itself shouldn't be enough for this.

Our sight and our hearing etc are also related with the brain but these senses have their other necessary organs like eyes and ears etc.

I am currently in a relationship with a man who I truely believe in my heart is the one I am to marry. But there are several other men who are trying to get my attention. The man that I am currently with is a bit aloof and it be days between since any contact. My question is...will my current beau indeed be the one I marry, will we have children and how soon..or should I just let him go...any insight would be helpful. i have it alot cuz i know things before they happen and then when they happen it was really true that i actually knew it like the other day wi was playin black out with people a group of people like 12 people and soo i look over down the table and i knew this guy charles is gonna win and he won in 5 mins and he didnt win in like 2 monthes anyways should i start confronting people that things are gonna happen and then prove my prediction too people soo they know i have esp cuz i really think thats kewl ?

is it all in the same category as the same thing cduz people are sayin it is and others say its not cuz they say its a mental disorder and i do have mental illnesses and my family do have lots of esp gifts premonitions and intuitions but are they all in the same category?

I mean, most people go on and on about being “tolerant” of religions.

But don’t they realize that religion not only involves what one personally “believes”, but also what they “practice”?

…what if a religion involved the “practice” of child sacrifice?
…what if a religion involved the “practice” of evangelizing and proselytizing non-believers?
…what if a religion involved the “practice” of converting the world, or else killing off non-believers?
…what if a religion involved the “practice” of brainwashing people and mind-control?

Should we just “relax” and “live and let live”…and be more “tolerant” and “loving”….and allow people to do as they wish in the name of their religion?

Or should we be more intolerant?

On Ghosthunters and ghost hunting related web sites I see claims that magnetic fields actually affect human emotion, apparently causing paranoia. Has this actually been scientifically tested and resulted in definitive emperical evidence of such claims?

I sometimes just know an event is going to happen. I get panicky, and then I find out the event actually happened. I am fuzzy on details though. i.e. I suddenly knew that there would be a car accident and the vehicle would be totalled. I thought it meant it would happen to me. It happened later in the day to my two stepdaughters that I had not even met at the time. They were driving across country to live with us. These are more than thoughts or feelings. What is this? and where does it come from?
