Air mass temp: 25 C with a relative humidity of 40%

I found the water vapor capacity to be: 24 g/m3 and the actual water vapor content to be 9.6 g/m3.

If the air were heated to 30 C, how do I compute the relative humidity?

If the air were cooled to 15 C, how do i computer the relative humidity?

particle is attached between two identical massless springs on a horizontal frictionless table. Both springs swivel freely at the fixed pins with no friction. Wach spring has a natural length of L, a force constant k, and is unstressed when the particle is at the origin.

Looks like: (The 1s are supposed to be the two springs)

.

If the particle is constrained to move only along the x-axis, what is potential energy? (we don't care about the constraint force that keeps y=0 at all times)

The x-direction is beside the @ (---x---)

Also, find the net force actoin on the particle for the case above.

Help with any part of this would be wonderful, I am so lost.

Hello,
I'm a beginner at using a telescope and I'm planning on buying one within the next week. I want to find something fairly cheap (about $100.00 to $200.00). I plan on using it a lot so I don't want something too cheap, something that will be good for looking at planets. Also, when choosing a telescope I know I have to think about where I will be using it, I will be using it in an suburban area with moderat light and pollution. Please let me know what you think would be a great telescope for me. Thanks!

A 0.49 kg object connected to a light spring with a spring constant of 22.3 N/m osciallates on a frictionless horizontal surface. The spring is compressed 7.1 cm and released from rest.

1) What is the maximum speed of the mass in m/s?

2) What is the speed (in m/s) of the object when the spring is compressed 1.4 cm?

3) What is the speed (in m/s) when the spring is stretched 1.4 cm?

4) For what value of x does the speed equal 1/2 of the maximum speed (in units of cm)?

Or is it sight prospective angle as the earth rotates that allows us to see more than 50%? Could it be the earths atmosphere that bends light waves like a pencil in a glass of water. The moon looks larger near the horizon, (looking through the most atmosphere) Does the atmosphere also distort the actual position or other heavenly body's? Does the HST have to veiw a star at a different position, than a telescope on earth for the same star?
