Baby Names - August 2007

Everyone is teasing me for the names I want for my *cross-your-fingers-and-hope-the-test-was-right* baby... if it's a boy, I want "Baxter" and if it's a girl, I want "Beatrix."

I loved Beatrix Potter books growing up. Are these names completely awful? They're very English, and that's what I like about them, but I could use another opinion or two or three :)

My wife and I are expecting triplets. Two boys and a girl. But we cant agree on any names. So I need some suggestions. Might I add that I have been living in the US for about 8 years moved here from London. So I grew up around all the british names so those are what I fancy.

What do you all think of the following names?

If it's a girl: Jordahn Ray [Jordahn, because my mother named us all with J's and I'd like to stick to the tradition. Ray, because it was almost given to me at birth, and it's my dad's middle name, my uncles first name and my grandfather's, R.I.P.]

If it's a boy: Joseph Adam [Adam is also a family name].
So watcha think? Any adaptations you'd make?
Any suggestions for other first name or middle names, or both?

I really like the names Madelyn and Gisele..
Madelyn is for sure, but if you don't like Gisele, what other names could you suggest that would sound nice with Madelyn?
Another thing, before I found out I was having twins, I promised my mom that if I was having a girl, I would use her name as a middle name for my daughter, "Elena".
But I'm having TWO girls, so what can I do? Give both girls the same middle name? If so, what first names would sound nice with Elena as a middle name?

Please choose which middle name would go well with the name Brooklyn. By the way, I'm choosing the name Brooklyn cause where I met my boyfriend (father of the baby) was in Brooklyn, New York.
