I really like the names Madelyn and Gisele..
Madelyn is for sure, but if you don't like Gisele, what other names could you suggest that would sound nice with Madelyn?
Another thing, before I found out I was having twins, I promised my mom that if I was having a girl, I would use her name as a middle name for my daughter, "Elena".
But I'm having TWO girls, so what can I do? Give both girls the same middle name? If so, what first names would sound nice with Elena as a middle name?

First thing, don't have Elena for both middle names.
I think that Dominic Elena is good.
Madelyn would be good like Madelyn Victoria or something ending with A.

Gisele is cute, but I don't think it goes very well with Madelyn (which is adorable, by the way). Elena is beautiful as well, in my opinion you should name your girls Madelyn and Elena (you could call them Maddie and Ellie for short). If you don't want to do that, you should give both girls your mother's name as a middle name. Good luck!

Family names that run in families are always somewhat difficult to fit in with the names you choose as parents.
You shouldn't have to name both your daughters "Elena" in their middle name. Since you promised your mother you'd give her name to one of the babies, give that middle name to the first born. Madelyn Elena, perhaps.
As for the second name, Gisele, what about Elise as a middle name?

One of my girlfriends is about seven months pregnant and she went through a mild crisis recently that led us to thinking up names together. The ultra sounds she had taken early on in her pregnancy made the baby look like a male. Recently, her doctor phoned her to let her know it's a girl. I suggest coming up with a couple different names for each sex, just so that you're prepared. Sonogram results can never be guaranteed.

Here are my names that I came up with:
Lillian Maria
Leah Claire
Gina Elise
(and if you have boys, or one boy:
Robert Christopher
Isaac Miles
Craig Alan)

Hope it helps!
Just remember that when you're giving your babies names, you're the mother. If you decide you like a name, go ahead with it. Don't let anyone tell you not to name YOUR baby something you like!
