Well, like another answer, it will be more important what the last name is, because the first and last name is what most people are known by. But if she is dead set on Ocean for a middle name....how about these since they go with the water theme?

Douglas--meaning from the dark water
Caldwell--meaning cool, clear spring
Beck--meaning a brook
Moses--meaning from the water
Eaton--meaning riverside village
Dorian--meaning child of the sea
Brooks--meaning running watter
Kaveri-meaning sacred river of India
Redford--meaning from the red river crossing
Adair--meaning from the oak-tree ford
Tyne--meaning river
Arnon--meaning rushing stream

Hope these help. And good luck. Health and safety blessings for mom and baby. :)

Man...
I wouldn't want that responsibility! I'd say, I'm happy to give you my opinions and HELP you pick a name, but it's on you to choose it???
And... Ocean???

My advice is to pick up a baby book and start naming some really hideous names. She might change her mind about letting you pick then.

What an honor! hmmm with a middle name like Ocean, I'm saying pick something very non-original to go with it. I like Hunter or Anthony. =] no ryder please...just think (ocean ryder =] )
