A lady I work with was telling me that she heard on the radio that companies are using imates to take phone orders such as catalog orders, etc. I guess this is another way of companies outsourcing their work. All I know is that I hope this isnt true. But if it is, people should be aware of it.

does it make more sense to take every threat spoken toward the US more seriously? Atleast three different times Bid Laden had threatened action against the US and he delivered. I dont think people really took him seriously or think he could accomplish his goals. Obviously he did and thier next big one is going to aim to kill millions upon millions. Any threat against us no matter how small or unlikely it seems at the time should be taken very seriously. What do you think?
