I think it would depend on the question. If someone was seeking advice for issues that they were dealing with and no-one replied at all, they would probably feel quite isolated.
If it's a general quest for knowledge they may think the rest of us are idiots and couldn't answer, etc, etc...
I have had a question go unanswered, but I just figured no-one had the right response I needed.

So far I have had good answers to all of my questions. I would feel very disappointed if there were no answers at all. Perhaps the unanswered questions are not the sort of things people want to talk about, so ignore them.

I got two answers to a question that I asked the other day, one person tried to be really helpful, the other was just a prat. Its annoying and upsetting when you are really trying to find something out.

I asked two that got one answer each. I guess the topic isn't as interesting as Big Brother, or what are you having for dinner tonight etc.
I don't take it personally and it is so easy to pick a Best Answer ... but no answer at all!
That is sad!
Where are they? Let me answer them!

if its a genuine question, i could imagine some people would be a little upset that nobody took there time to answer them.

will some people do ask the silliest of question, but what gets me is the spelling, and there are some questions, you really just can't understand.......

had a couple with just two answers before.. then just went to singles and datiing and asked a really stupid one and they all came flooding in...
