Saddam Hussein has been condemned to death for his alleged reprisal on people who tried to kill him.
International observers, and lawyers as well as Human Rights groups all agreed he did not have a fair trial.
Saddam Hussein was due to be tried over the killing of Kurds, using chemical weapons with the help of the United States of America. Do people like Rumsfeld, George Bush senior etc... fear the disturbing evidence that would have come to light during this trial?

President Ford died and instead of running a story about his accomplishments, they dug up some tapes from an interview in 1992 where he had a little hint of being upset with the staff of the people running the conventions for the RNC. Anyways, NBC's story seemed to be slanted to the idea the Ford hated the republicans and they were trying to show Ford the exit from the GOP. Again, all this was extrapolated from a taped interview in 1992.

Why do you think NBC was so slanted in this story?

If the other guy would have gotten it, sadam would still be doing his evil, but now he is facing eternity. sure we might not have had a war (but then again we might have had another 9-11) that killed thousands of our troops but then again with the liberals running the country we would have a war eventually as we gave our country over to our enemies in order to get them to "like" us. and besides when a young person enlists in the military , they know that is the main function, to defend one's country and allies. I know many people that served in Iraq ,, and one who was badly injured and lost both legs and he is only 24, but he still supports bush. Most of our armed forces still support the president and don't hate Bush.

This may have been asked before and my apologies if it has...but, if Saddam is hooded during his execution, how will we know if he is "really" Saddam? They "could" substitute someone else and whisk Saddam away to a hiding place. I know that is probably far fetched but it could happen?
