What does everyone think about Ken Lay's conveniently timed heart attack?

Reports from today, none too detailed suggest that Ken Lay died of a massive heart attack and that there had been nothing to predict this. He saved tax payers a lot of money in not going through appeals or being a high profile inmate but do you think he brought this on to avoid a long stint in prison following his upcoming sentencing which would have happened on September 11th? If he did bring this on isn't this the ultimate in disrespect for everyone he hurt? If he's an Evangelist supposedly all he has to do is ask for forgiveness, be sorry for his sins, and he's good to go. Didn't he get off extremely easily?

Could it be that Kenneth Lay's Death is also fraud?

That he is not dead of heart attack or coronary but because he took to much valium? And after we found this out the hospital that handled Lay might also be investigated for conspiracy? LOL.
Lay is completely out of luck that everything he touches went down the drain?

Does anyone have recent information about the death of Edouard Michelin?

Initial news reports said his body was found and his fishing companion's was not and an investigation was being conducted. I can't find anything more recent than early June. Please also provide how you found the information - I'm questioning my internet search skills.
