Besides a Third World country or something, New York. It's dirty, everyone tries to rip you off, and no one stops when you cross the street; You're basically road kill if you don't get across in 2 seconds flat!

I believe that North Korea would be the most unhealthy place in the world. People starve to death while they make bombs and tease the largest super power in the world that they are going to nuke them. Sooner or later people will not be starving and dieing in the streets but will be blown apart.
