I'm preparing for a debate and was hoping someone could help me out. The topic will most probably be on some recent news item so just think how a debate topic might be derieved from some recent news item

i saw bush making remarks to undermine gay people's rights.i presonally am not keen on gay people but the difficult and bitterness of my life shown me that it is important to support people when their life is twisted for any reason.gay people are not exception.denying their right is not the way forward.but they should be aknowledged and loved,to remove their worries and make life for them less complex.
so why dirty bush is trying to marginalize them and constantly invites them to fight?
what if he was gay?can this animal understand that people are different and have different opinions ?

i have noticed alot lately that labels, signs, and anything written and sometimes even verbal/oral is also translated into spanish, or we are given the option of english or spanish, and i hear talk of making it a "second" american language. whats the american opinion on that out there? Mine is this: this is america speak english, every country has there own language they don't change that for us americans, im sick of us americans being made to feel like we have to make EVERY other country/foreigner/immigrant/american all politically/morally/socially happy. like were discriminating. come one, come all, but learn english. What ya all think?

I have relatives who live just south of Tucson, Arizona and own a 750 acre ranch. They tell me illegal Mexicans are crossing their ranch property everyday to the tune of 300-500 a day and are stealing anything not tied -down. My relatives have had to hire special guards to protect their property, before the Mexicans steal everything they own!

I find this very disturbing. There was a time up until recent years there was a good relationship between native Arizonans and their friends just south of the border in Mexico.

The relations have now grown to hatred of Mexicans. Mexicans believe they can take over California, Arizona, New Mexico & Texas, simply by immigrating to these states illegally. They do not respect us Americans, our laws, our flag - Mexicans plan to take over the Southwest and anybody who gets in their way will be pushed out of the way.


I think the best answer to this problem is 30,000 US Troops, armed to the teeth, supported by armored vehicles facing into Mexico!

Please President Bush round up extremist/ islamics who are practicing in Iran the science of atomics. They're making nuclear arsenals in hopes of starting trouble, their not hearing America Sir, are they hearing double ?. If Mr. Rumsfeld cant make'em listen and they call for jihad instead then will you order the U.S. AIRFORCE to carpet their homestead ?. In WAR if they harm Sally Mae or they slap our Daisy Duke then Sir, I dont mind please bring out the NUKE !. For Sir, I dont like that prophet or that extremist part of islam and i dont agree with their custom or that dude they call Imam. For I love what Daisy Duke wears and some Wild Turkey when I drink and I love THE HOLY BIBLE - not books in farsi, I think. & I love the Pledge of Allegiance and The American and The Rebel Flag and I like smoking that green stuff out there near Fort Bragg. There is so much violence in that part of the world, especially against minorities like Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists. Recently, the last Hindu temple in Lahore was demolished.

As I was about to take a bite out of the main course, they tell me it's dog- pit bull to be exact. I didn't want to be rude. Pit Bulls are ugly and I was chased by one once, so I ate it, and it wasn't bad. The problem is they want me to go back next week for poodle with peas and carrots. I don't know what to do. I already ate pit bull, so how can I tell them I don't eat dog? Besides I have a pet poodle and don't feel much like eating poodle. What if I like it and I start looking at my dog different? What's the proper etiquette to follow in this type of situation. Should I just eat the poodle?
