In my opinion I think it's crap! The money they got came from the government, and where does the government get their money? From us! We pay for it. I can live with that. But that money is for your food, clothes and a jump start back into society. It is also in my opinion that the people who fled should go back and rebuild. Not occupy another city and eat up their resources, and then ask for more handouts. So many people cried out saying that there wasn't anyone to help them. Yet, when are they going to learn to help themselves? I think that the people who are known to misuse any funds, i.e. the sex change, they should have to repay that money.

She ought to have to serve her time in Louisiana, somewhere south of New Orleans. They are still picking up the pieces cause New Orleans got the bulk of the FEMA rebuild money. I'm from Mississippi and got hammered, broken hip, pelvis, arm and leg, not to mention losing all my clothes and my car. There was nothing left not even trees. She needs to do community service in the emergency zones with no knocking off any time she gets from a judge. I wasn't stupid, I did evacuate, the storm spawned a tornado which ripped across the north bound highway.

i hope they can be tracked down and made to pay back what they stole. I do not want to see them in prison cause then they are just stealing more taxpayer fund, they certainly need not get any welfare benefits, food stamps, govt loans etc, but most will flat *** get a free ride.

I think it is just as bad as those who steal or misuse medicaid and welfare. No difference--it is against the law and they should be charged with a crime!
