My husband had a Stroke and is not working right now. I resently went back to college, and going to school. We are on a very tight income barely able to pay rent. I have four kids. The 3 girls are 18 who has rods in her spine from Scoliosis, 17, 15, and a 13 year old boy who shoe shines and gives me a great report card. I had a garage built. Everything was completed except the electrical work promised which included hooking up the garage door opener, a light inside and one outside. They just sent me a invoice saying the work was completed and they want the final payment. Can I hold off paying until the electrical work is done?

I had my things there for about 4 months. When I go to move it out yesterday, it was infested with rats. There was feces every where, dead rats in boxes, a stench that would make you vomit. They say there is nothing they can do for me and have never had a complaint like this before. Anyone have any experience there, either negative or positve?
