There's no such thing as a non-racist city. Unless you find a small corner of the world where everybody is exactly the same, there will always be racial issues. Sadly, humans have yet to evolve enough to look past these minor details.
The larger the city gets, though, the less the differences seem to matter. Differences become the norm and everyone just sort of goes with the flow.
NYC is a great city. I've lived in many different places and even though it's become absurdly expensive to live here, I can't imagine living anywhere else now. It's like an old yellow pages ad that said, "If it's out there, it's in here." That should be our slogan. It's a fascinating city.

in case you have been paying interest some months in the past while President Obama hosted the governors on the White residing house (the two Republicans and Democrats), he indicated a willingness to artwork with each and each state irregardless of the party association to locate even better the right thank you to hide all individuals together as offering customer protections and oversight for the 1300 greed-pushed for-income assurance companies. manhattan now has an exceedingly stable chief in Governor Cuomo, a Democrat who does choose a public option for wellbeing care assurance, i've got faith. perhaps Congressman Weiner sees an danger to do much greater for the people of manhattan city (i.e., public option, etc.), even regardless of the undeniable fact that this has no longer yet been resolved. there is not any indication that any waiver for cities is being granted in any respect. The waivers for some companies is on the subject remember of the "No life-Time Caps" provision for assurance---some have contracts with their workers already and the waivers are short-term till those contracts expire.

Nope, not one around that I know of. The south especially, don't go there!
But come over to cali! I live in SF and it's not as racist. But Los Angeles is probably the most city with mixed races (population 12 million). There's all sorts of them! So go over there or at SF. It's cool here!

I'm afraid there's racism in every city. It's incredibly frustrating, but there will be racist jackasses everywhere you go.

It is possible to find racism anywhere. If you perceive someone as racist, perhaps he/she is. Don't look for it and you won't be confronted with it.
