ive been here for 2 1/2 years, and i bought alot of stuff while working here. desk organizers, pen holders, sorters, stackers, seperaters, post its, pens, tons of stuff, that i purchased myself at staples, and wasnt reimbursed for. how much should/can i take without looking rude or cheap or stingy??

worried People wont come to me as a juice bar for coffee. However Coffee is huge right now and I feel I could be loosing out on profits. Do I go for it buy the equipment and risk it? or will people be put off buying juice knowing we sell unhealthy coffee? are starbucks too big for me to compete? should I just concentrate on what we do best juices and smoothies? I need some serious help and answers. thanks

The employer's clients sends me payment by check and I send the employer funds as directed from that check. I keep 10%. The first check was bad, and they were upset because the client defaulted,but they asked me to work with them on getting money transferred from Royal bank of Scotland to my account to cover the loss($10,000). I felt trapped because I can't cover the insf/fraudulent check and the RBOS to whom I have paid $4300.00) keeps asking me for more money to cover cost of transfer is promised to be completed but which never goes through for first one reason then another. Is this a scam?

Simple question...

Why are all the souvenir shops in London (and in most of the UK!) and others run by Pakistanis or Indians?

its my understanding that people like them come here to the Uk as poor or as seeking asylum...

So how does it work out that my parents and myself work hard all our lives here in the U.K and yet they arrive with nothing but have shops all over one of the most expensive Capital and country in the world?

I would really love to know how they do it!

i recently hired a vehicle out from a rental company. i wanted to hire it for 3 days however the rental company misunderstoofd my dates and gave me the vehicle for 2days. on the second day they tried contacting me and left a message saying that if i hadnt returned the car by 2pm they would report the car stolen. i returned the car after 8pm.

after a couple of days i noticed that they had taken £390 out of my account without asking or sending me a bill. im really confused because i thought this chip and pin was supposed to be there for a reason. also if anything i thought the could only charge me for the extra day. can they really take money out of my account just like that.? im not sure what terms and conditions i signed for but this just takes the mick!!!
