I would like to know how to get a license to run a printing business in my home?

Where can I rent/buy a printer? I live in NYC. I really prefer to buy a new one.

Previously I use to run a printing business making invitations, Church Programs for order of services, Banners, Stickers, Business Cards, Resumes, Funeral Programs, Resturant Brochures, and etc from scratch using Create-A-Card and Print Master.

Now the problem that I'm having is that the printers I use to own couldn't perfrom everything I needed it to.

Now I currently own a Lexmark Printer and one Dell 962 printer. And they still can't perform the tasks I need it to do. It takes forever to print.

Now I want to upgrade to a BIG Printer that can handle all of these tasks at a snap of a finger.

Someone please help, I want to get my business up and running before January 08'.

Thank You!!

Any Ebay-Small-Home-Based-Biz Store owners out there and IS IT WORKING for you?...or someone you know? I would like to know if it's really worth it. Tried to sell individual auctions but...not good. I believe I have 'good-to-unique' products & good photos. But I feel all I do is give eBay money. Is an actual eBay store a better way to go or will I just continue to make eBay richer?
I have items I just (today) put on Craigslist - Don't worry I'm not trying to sell here on 'Yahoo-Answers' this ad is only for locals in my town anyway - but - if you take a look and click the links you can see my ads and items are...not to brag...but pretty good stuff.

What do ya' think? I need some honest (yet kind) advice.
SOooo, should I invest time and (more) money - in an eBay Store?
(Please do not respond if are going to try & sell me an eBay program...I already have them!)

This place is on one of the north-south streets (not Hillsborough St.) downtown. The cafe is about 8 ft wide and 30 ft deep (very narrow) and has a long counter and stools (no tables). It's filled at lunchtime workers from downtown businesses and state government.
