There used to be a small hot dog cafe in downtown Raleigh NC on Fayetteville St, I believe. Is it still there?

This place is on one of the north-south streets (not Hillsborough St.) downtown. The cafe is about 8 ft wide and 30 ft deep (very narrow) and has a long counter and stools (no tables). It's filled at lunchtime workers from downtown businesses and state government.
