Uh, typically. They also accept high school dropouts. Call centers don't require much education other than reading and speaking properly.... and typing to an extent.

Unless, of course, you have some sort of criminal history related to the type of operations at the call center (IE: if you've been convicted of fraud or identity theft, a credit card company wouldn't want you handling their calls)
