I am in college in Provo, UT and I need to find a company that will store all of my stuff when I go home for the summer. I don't want to carry all of my stuff back home. Home is too far and I have too much stuff. I am looking for a cheap easy resolution. HELP!!!!

The U.K. council who operate the licensing section sais it operates in a grey area and want to relate the fee to the property warehouse which their isnt. they cannot relate it to the website and say that i must pay for a licensing solicitor. they have no idea how to relate a license to me. they say that if i was strictly serving the trade and not home deliveries then i would not need a license. the council do not know how to deal with this. I need to know if i need a license, and if so how are they going to relate the fee. HELP
