I changed my address 2.5 months ago , and I am supposed to get a rebate (10-12 weeks) mail posted to old address , I did set up a change of address with USPS , and it was working ( i used to get fwded to new address mails) ..

I had a catalog that I was going to order from and I think I threw it away, now I can't remember the name of the store. It is like Hickory Farms, I think it starts with an "S". I've got a Rs. 500 note from an HDFC atm (in velachery). The note was tampered. It is torn on one of the corners. Each note comes with a unique number, right? Well the note just tore through that!!! Some INTELLIGENT FOOL cleverly managed to attach the torn piece with some cello tape. People are not willing to accept this note.

I went to the SBT (Triplicane branch) bank to try and get it exchanged, but they told they won't do that. I don't understand why they refused. This note is "bank property" or the property of the RBI, so why won't ordinary banks help me exchange this note?

What should I do now?

I go to college and we've been given an essay to write in one of my lessons. Im studying with adults and as adults we know what happens in massage parlours etc.
Im asking for the publics honest views on this. What do you think of men who visit the parlours for sexual activities and also, what do you think about the females who provide the service? Bearing in mind that its not a career many choose to do, alot of them (as i have found out through research) feel they have no other option to earn a decent wage. IE they have no qualifications, single parents etc.
Cant wait to read any replies.
