I don't use gloves ouside of work much, but i'm a CNA and we are trained to take gloves off a certain way so you don't get yourself contaminated. This is how we do it. First, you take one glove off by grabbing it (in the center of your palm) with the other gloved hand. When you have a good hold of the glove, pull the whole glove off and roll it up so it's in the palm of your gloved hand. Then, with the glove still balled up in the hand, hold your hand palm-side up and place two fingers of your ungloved hand under the cuff of the glove of the gloved hand. Make sure the clean fingers only touch the inside of the glove not the outside. With those fingers push upward and pull your hand out. The glove will turn inside-out with your other glove still balled up inside. Once it's completely inside out, you can carry it to the trash and all soiled sides of the glove should be inside so you don't get contaminated. It seems a bit complicated at first, but after a few times it's really quick and efficient. Hope this helps.
