Women's Health - June 2007

I'm 3 months pregnant. I've had an 8cm cyst on my left ovary that my doctor's have been monitoring. I went to a specialist yesterday, and it's now 10cm. They are wanting to remove the cyst and the ovary within the next week and a half. They said they will have to cut from belly button down which is right where the baby is at. I'm a NERVOUS WRECK! I am going to have a specialist do it, but was curious has anyone had this happen or know anything about this?? Will the baby be ok? Especially with them opening my stomach completely up and being put under anesthesia? And removing my ovary...is this a major surgery-I'm literally scared to death and would like any advice anyone can give from experiences or knowledge. Thank you soo much!

im 15, and i havnt started my period, but iv been having that discharge thing since i was like 12/ 13. iv been having the discharge for a couple of years so when is it going to start? they say that when u first see it, ur period will start soon. mines just awkward...please help me!

ok well 1 day before my period, i started having vaginal itching.......... well it has been 6 days since the last day of my period but iits still itching....... its not itching that much tho... it only itches alot when i scratch it........it doesnt have any smell to it......... is this a yeast infection????? and i have heard of douche............... how does it work? what do you do????? do i have to treat it or will it do away on its own??????????? is there anythings homemade that will cure it?????????? ive heard of pH balance..... what is that?? and it lasted four days.
that was the middle of April.
since then....i bleed through the rectum..and only when i go to the bathroom.
not like its everyday...
but i dont think this is normal.
its a large amount of blood.
I am 12.
what would you do?

at the moment im a bit stressed out
my period is very late this month it has been 39 days since my last period
i am NOT pregnant because i ahve not been a naughty girl this month but can stress delay your periods and if so for how long??
i have been very stressed lately and have had to finish off my college course whcih ment doing 5 assignments on my weekend, working, training, revising and my final exam was today

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how many days my cycle is. I read online that some women have a 28 day cycle. I dont think that is me. My last few periods were..
April 21st for about 6/7 days
May 28th for about 6/7 days
its now June 29th and I still haven't started for this month.

Can someone please tell me how to figure how long my cycle is. Thanks!

I'm not on birthcontrol that wouldn't affect it.

A menstrual cycle is something every woman goes through. Unfortunately, the ladies are not the only one experiencing the pain, the men in their lives do too. The week of pain for the woman is one that could be painful, and that causes them to get quite frustrated/angry/attitude with their male friends. What is the best way to help a woman out besides saying "its ok honey, its okay".

im going on vacation on july 29 and im afraid im going to get my period. ill tell u the days i got it and do you think you can tell me when i might get it again?? i got my first one on october 17 (2006) i skipped november, then i got it again on december 23, next i got it on january 21 (i think) i skipped feb. and march then got it on april 9, got it on may 25, and i got it on june 27 and im still on it right now. i don't want to take birth controls and im scared to wear a tampon. i dont stick things down their. please help me

Ive had sex every other day this month unprotected.Last period was may 25th 2007 cycle ranges from 35-42 days believe i ovulated on 18th june when can i test and whats the chances ive become pregnant?

I have a cyst 1.5 cm by 3.22 cm (small) on my left ovary. I have had dull low back pain/ache since middle of May and cramping since then too. I thought I was preg (NOT) I have been tested for STD's, UTI/bladder/kidney infection (NO)
I had a pelvic ultrasound and everything "looked great" I still had the symptoms at the time but the cyst was not found until the vag ultrasound the following week. Is it normal to have constant low back ache and cramps with such a small cyst?
