Only if you didn't wear underware. You can only get a yeast infection from another person from direct contact with that infection. If she didn't wear underware, had a yeast infection, then you wore them and didn't wear underware. It is very unlikly.

There are many ways of getting an yeast infection. You can get a yeast infection through intercourse (yes men can have yeast infections also), wearing jeans w/o underwear that belong to someone that has a yeast infection, not cleaning your vagina very well (this can also give you an urinary tract infection), and also if the jeans are too tight around your vagina.

do they have a yeast infection? I think the only way that could possibly happen is if she had a yeast infection and didn't wear any underwear, and the jeans weren't washed before you wore them without any underwear...
